Agent in Subiz is divided into 2 types: Admin and Normal with different level permission as in the following table

Full permission means that you can operate all the actions: View, Edit, Delete


- With full permission to Chat, History, Report: Agent not only can chat with any online visitors but also you can view the conversation between other agents and visitors. Moreover, Full permission agent can view History and Report of the others. 

 

 

Edit permission:


If your agent type is Admin, you completely can edit permission by loggin in Dashboard >> Settings >> General Setting >> Scrolling down to Permission section. 




You can see all the Permission for Admin is disable to edit. You can only modify the permission for Normal agent. 


For example: You do not want agent (normal) to view the other agents' chat content. Just un-tick on "View all chats" then all of those contents will be hidden. 





It's exactly the same with History and Report: If you do not tick on these options, Agents (normal) only view their private history and report.
