1. Where to find Trigger: Go to Dashboard >> Settings >> Triggers
2. Create Trigger: After click button Create Trigger. A creating form will be opened. There are 3 part in one certain Trigger
- Create Trigger
a. Staus: Enable
b. Trigger name: When the number of your Trigger increases, you should set name of Trigger by number. For example: Trigger 1, Trigger 2...
c. Description: The aim of trigger or target customer who trigger will catch.
d. Fire only once per visitor: With one visit trigger only perform once only.
- Customize Trigger: This is the main part of creating Trigger.
a. Run Trigger: There are 3 types of running trigger: when chat widget is loaded, when visitors request chat and when visitor send messages.
b. Check conditions: You can choose to run trigger when a visitor meets all conditions or just any of them.
- Action: You will decide the performance of trigger when the visitor meet all the condition you set above. There are 4 actions:
a. Auto invite: When you choose this action, once a visitor comes to your website and matches all the rules you set above, the widget will automatically open up with set messages.
b. Send message to visitor: When action is activated, in case the chat widget is closed, a badge number will be displayed on chat button like the image below:
In case the chat widget is being open, the message will automatically appear as normal.

This two new actions are very unique in SUBIZ Live Chat. Whenever you choose the action, you will be required to add the name of label you want to apply customers to or remove from. By doing this action, when you come to chat dashboard menu, you would see a new group contains customers who matches set rules and the name of the group is also the label you have created before.
3. Edit or Delete Trigger:
Very easy, in the Trigger menu Settings, you will see two buttons: Edit and Delete.
