When you have more than one agent, the thing you have to do is to manage them. You can set them as admin or agent. Go along with the rights you set for them is some properties that you can change on Dashboard Agent Page.
The following article will show you what you can do to manage your agents.
1. List of agents
There is a board where all agents are displayed. You can click to each of them to edit and mange easily. Just open the Dashboard page > Click to tab Agents > On the left hand-side is all of agents existing in your account.

2. Add agents
The following is steps that help you add more agent into your account.
- Step 1: Click to Add more agents and icon (+) on top of Search bar in Agent list as following image
- Step 2 : Fill in the form with agent's information
a. Name: This name will be displayed on chat window when you talk to visitors
b. Email: This email address will be used to receive email transcripts or email offline messages.
c. Username and Password: They will be used by agents to log in dashboard and connect to visitors.
d. Job title: This information will also be displayed on Widget chat.
f. Dashboard Language: You can set the language on Dashboard when agent log in. (English or Vietnamese)
g. Department: You can add to which department you want.
h. Type: Agent or Admin - This is very important because Agent and Admin have several differences in managing function.
i. Avatar: You also can customize profile picture for agent on the right hand-side.
Finally, click Save changes to finish creating a new agent.
3. Edit Agent
To edit an Agent, select name from the agent list >> Click into Edit on the top right corner.
- Edit properties:
a. If you are Administrator: You have rights to edit all of agent in the list
- You can change almost information except Username and Email of Agent. After finishing editing, if you want to keep the old information, select Reset, if not click Save changes.
b. If you are normal agent: You only have rights to edit your own information

- Delete agent: (Only Admin can delete agents.)
On Editing page, just click to Delete on the top right corner. You will see a message like the following image. Click Delete Agent to confirm your action.
Click your name from the agent list >> Edit >> Change password >> Type old and new password >> Change.
